1. Overall Interactions
Number of users interact with your Voice App or how many times your Voice App invoked.
2. Subscriptions
Number of users subscribe to categories or subscribe for push notification
3. Notifications Sent
How many users received notification
4. Notifications Opened
Number of notifications opened by subscribed users
5. Daily Updates Subscriptions
How many users subscribed for daily updates
6. Daily Updates Opened
How many updates opened by subscribed users
7. Routine Subscriptions
How many users subscribed for routines
8. Routines Invoked
Number of users invoked or opened routines
9. Filter Analytics
You can filter out analytics of notifications(campaigns) and triggers, which you have sent to users.
Campaign Wise You will have the track of following events:-
- You will have the track of a specific campaign by selecting on the right side.
- Number of users received Campaign(notification)
- Number of users opened Campaign
- Total click-through rate
Trigger Wise You will have the track of following events:-
- You will have the track of specific trigger.
- The Number of users opened trigger.
