Daily updates are received by the users at a scheduled time every day. These remind users to trigger your voice app by sending them a push notification at a scheduled time daily. Here are the following steps to create Daily Updates.
Make sure you have enabled the Daily Updates feature/module from the Build Section.
Daily Updates does not work with devices only having Audio support. Like Google Home or Mini.
1. Go To Engagement
2. Go To Daily Updates Tab
3. Create Daily Updates
4. Provide Details For Daily Updates &
Click Save Draft
- Title - Unique name for a daily update
- Schedule Date - Date for which this daily update is scheduled for users
- Response - A Response message when user will tap on the notification
On successful creation, the following pop-up will occur with the title “Daily Update Saved Successfully! Want to Publish Now?”
You can publish daily update now or you can publish it later
