The Net Promoter Score/Ratings is an index ranging from 1 to 10 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend your services/products to other persons.
Enabling Net Promoter Score/Rating feature, powers you to get ratings from users directly from your Google Assistant Voice App, as shown below.
1. Net Promoter Score Feature
Enable Net Promoter Score feature from the build tab and don’t forget to save your changes.
2. Net Promoter Score (NPS) Chip
Add NPS chip to your welcome message
Go to flows page and edit the welcome message
Hover on the welcome block and edit the welcome message
Add next step and edit
Name it Rate Us, select NPS intent and NPS message as next step action as given below and don’t forget to save your changes.
3. Edit NPS Block
Hover on NPS block and click on the edit icon to edit NPS block.
4. Before Net Promoter Score Message
The message which user will hear/see before they are asked to give Net Promoter Score/Rating.
5. After Net Promoter Score Message
The message which user will hear/see after they have completed the Net Promoter Score/Rating flow/process. Either you can create a new flow, a new message or can select existing message as a next action. Don’t forget to save your changes.
